I needed an app like this, so I wrote one, and you get to benefit from my 2 hours of hard work.

Directions:
1. Open the app
2. Tap the scan button in the lower right corner of the app to open the scanner
3. Aim your camera at the code you wish to scan
4. Attempt to contain your excitement as the data appears on the screen
