Qual-doc from medsn enables health care providers and their staff to easily refer to detailed information on quality measures issued by various institutions. Currently, Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) measures issued by Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) are available for quick reference. You will be able to:
•Conduct quick and easy searches of measures, by Disease State and Measure Groups
•Obtain reference information on each measure including definition, reporting, Quality-Data Codes (QDC)
•Use an incentive Calculator, a simple financial calculator of how much PQRS bonus could be earned by a provider

Additional measure sets from other institutions will be added on a regular basis. No patient identifiable information should be shared in medsn qual-doc in any of the survey questions or other communications.
