Whether you are into high-intensity training with EMOM workouts, or general cardio exercises just to keep feet, the app will become your personal notebook for training, providing training tips for your daily workout indoors or outdoors. Customize your workout presets and achieve health and perfect body at any age.

• Universal approach allowing you to set different workout types!
Workout types include strength training, functional training, high-intensity interval training, etc.
Training is set through intervals of various types: warmup, work, rest, etc. You can add exercises from thousands of presets, and goals to the intervals.
Goals can include repeats or a time period, and if needed, you can add weights of the equipment used in the interval.
Intervals can be grouped by rounds or common exercises.

• The notepad uses a convenient, universally accepted interval coding system!
Numeric values such as weight, repeats, duration can be entered as a range
Weight can be entered in different standards (kg, lb, %1RM), with a “doubling” (x2) option for both hands.
Reps may be marked as ES (Every Side) if the exercise is unilateral. Drop Sets are marked as DS. RP stands for Rest Pause repeats. If the goal is the maximum number of repeats in the interval, then the AMAP (As Much As Possible) flag is set.
The interval duration can be set in different formats (sec., min., min:sec).
Intervals using the EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) method also have their own input format.

• The training notepad is designed with usability in mind!
Intervals can be duplicated or deleted by swiping. A convenient custom keyboard is used to enter numerical values. The list of exercises can be filtered by different criteria; the smart search supports partial matches of the queries in the search field.
