To Do Assistant is a full featured to do list and note manager designed for users by users. You will find it easy to learn and easy to use.

Create as many notes as you want. Notes are stored in notebooks. Notes can be as short or as long as you want and contain events, phone numbers, URLs, pictures, and mini-lists.

You can create as many notebooks as you wish. Notebooks contain as many notes as you want. You can organize your notebooks into folders. And re-arrange both folders and notebooks as needed. You can color code your notebooks and assign icons for quick recognition

When you set the priority of a task (and doing so is optional), you get to select from ten (10) priorities. No longer are you limited to just a few priorities.

With To Do Assistant, you can have a note appear in multiple notebooks at the same time! When you edit such a shared note in one notebook, that change appears in all the notebooks. For example, you can have the task "Review investment proposal" in your Top Priorities notebook, in your Do Today, Tomorrow notebook, and in your Work To Do List. When you check it done in one notebook, it is checked as done in all.

We made the features in To Do Assistant optional: You decide what you want to use. You can show or not show check boxes, priority bars, and categories. You control the name of every folder, every notebook, and every category. Categories are notebook specific. In notes you can just have text, or you can add events, pictures, notifications, URLs, phone numbers, and mini-lists.

You can email individual notes, selected notes, or entire notebooks. You can backup all your To Do Assistant data very easily.

We use 256 bit encryption to protect your data. And use is optional by notebook. Your data is secure when you need it secure.

We make it easy to search your notes. Just type in a few words or letters, in any order, and all notes containing those words or letters are found.
