Upon signing up, companies/freelancers can create their profile with complete description and photos of previous work completed. Further, users can easily review and rate companies to ensure that they select the most suitable company for their project.

Companies recieve a free trial upon signing up to explore the platform and see if it is viable for them to bid on projects. After the trial period, companies can purchase a subscription at a low monthly fee. This will give them access to the whole platform where they can bid on UNLIMITED projects. They can further contact project owners directly to discuss further details via the App or Website.

For Project Owners

QuoteBid is completely FREE to use to all project owners. This allows project owners to post as many projects as they want and receive FREE quotes from
companies.

Companies can then bid on your projects and you ultimately choose the company with the lowest or best quote. As work is not always measured in terms of cost saving, project owners can view bidders profiles to evaluate their past work, reviews from previous project owners as well as ratings given by such users.

Some Great Features:

1. Email Notifications - Notifications when companies bid, get outbid or when they receive private
messages. Companies can further sign up for specific categories and receive an email notification when a project is posted in their interest area.

2. Feedback & Rating System - Companies and service providers can rate each other after a project is completed. Further, each user has their own general feedback for the other users to see. Ratings are displayed next to their username, user profile and in bidding tables.

3. Freelancer User Profiles - Each company has their own profile with overview information, received feedbacks, stats about their activity and portfolio pictures. Before they can bid on projects, companies can enhance their chance to win a project by having a complete user profile.
