How to play the game:


Your child is shown an image along with the word it represents, which is missing its starting letter. Your child then drags an alphabet letter from the top of the screen to the space in front of the word. Verbal cues teach the sounds of the beginning consonants and word parts, as well as of the finished words. In this way, your infant or child will learn about letters and their sounds and how to spell while they are learning to read sight words. And that is just the beginning.

After several word building activities, your child then gets to build sentences with the words they made. Then they get to practice reading the sentences. The very last Play button in each level leads to a story rhyme that features the words used in the sentence building activity. Eight levels of play keep the fun and the learning going.
