What is Raees App?
Raees is a mobile app developed by Koperasi Tentera that allows users to submit financing applications anytime, anywhere, in just minutes—all from their mobile phones. The app also enables users to check the status of their applications conveniently.

What is Public Personal Financing-i?
Public Personal Financing-i is a personal financing facility offered to the employees of government agencies and private companies (coming soon for private companies that collaborates with Koperasi Tentera) who fulfils all criteria set out by Koperasi Tentera with a monthly instalment payment via salary deduction.

Eligibility
Customers interested in applying for fast online financing through the Raees app must meet the following minimum requirements:
▪ Aged between 18 and above (not exceeding 55 years old at the maturity date).
▪ Permanent Staff.
▪ Not a (current) active member of Koperasi Tentera and does not have any active financing with Koperasi Tentera.
▪ Government Staff:
a. Minimum gross salary of RM1,500.00 per month (inclusive fixed allowances).
b. Actively employed in the Govt sector & eligible for SPGA Salary Deduction (SISTEM POTONGAN GAJI ANGKASA).

What is the minimum and maximum facility amount that I can apply for?
Minimum facility amount: Ringgit Malaysia One Thousand (RM1,000.00)
Maximum facility amount: Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred Thousand (RM100,000.00)

What is the minimum and maximum financing tenure that I can choose from?
Minimum financing tenure: one (1) year
Maximum financing tenure: ten (10) years or not exceeding age of 55 years (whichever is earlier)

What is the profit rate offered?
The profit rate offered is a fixed rate of 6% per annum.

Financing amount: RM 16,200.00
Profit amount: RM 972.00
Tenure: 14 months (Inclusive of Moratorium)
Total amount (selling price): RM 17,334.00
Monthly instalment: RM 1,445.00

(c) Takaful Contribution: RM52.33
(d) Security Deposit: RM4,335.00

How do I register or log in to the Raees Mobile App?

First-Time Login Setup
▪ After downloading the Raees Mobile App new users can register using their mobile number and email address. Users must verify the OTPs sent to their mobile number and email, then set up an MPIN with an option to enable biometric or Face ID login.

New Customer/User Registration Steps:
1. Launch the Raees Mobile App.
2. Tap "Register".
3. Enter:
• Full Name
• MyKad Number
• Valid Email Address
• Mobile Number
4. An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number. Enter the OTP to verify.
5. An OTP will be sent to the registered email address. Enter the OTP to verify.
6. Read and accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
7. Set a new 6-digit MPIN and confirm it.
8. Choose whether to enable biometric or Face ID login.
9. Once completed, you will be directed to the Raees Mobile App dashboard.

Important Notes:
• Users have a maximum of 3 unsuccessful attempts during registration.
• After 3 failed attempts, the registration will be temporarily suspended.
• Users will receive a notification if your registration is suspended.
• Users can retry the registration process after 1 hour.

Once I have completed my registration process, can I proceed to apply for Raees Financing?
Yes, registered customers can proceed to the application page after completing the full onboarding process.
