They are 2 Apps related to each other Owner and customer App

First of all the owner can open some slots that refer to a time and date they will be opened in a the customer App .

Second the customer will choose the needed slots once he press conform it will generate a an electronic ticket that will be sent (as request) to the Owner App of that facility .

Thirdly the Owner will either choose to accept or refuse that ticket. if he choose to accept the ticket it will return to that customer App and it can be used as real ticket to approve. Otherwise if the owner choose to refuse that ticket the slots of that specific time and date will be re-opened for another customer to book.
