Staff & Visitor Management: Monitor or control staff/visitor movement on a real-time basis.
Communication: Seamless communication with residents in the form of Notices & Events.
OSR: Book for various home services ranging from cleaning, repairs, handyman jobs etc.
Complaint Management: Residents can raise requests, lodge complaints, give suggestions related to their apartment or complex and track its progress, provide comments till the tickets closes.
Facility/Amenity Scheduling & Booking: Check Availability and Book facilities like Party Hall, Swimming Pool, Lawn Area etc.
Automated Billing & Payments: View maintenance dues, pay dues online using payment gateway (debit card, credit card etc.)
Goods In / Out Management: Monitor or control movement of goods on a real-time basis.
Shopping: Avail services like cab booking and food ordering through well known service providers from the App's 'Shopping' section.
Quick Convenience: Connect to your choice of vendors in the vicinity through an in-built directory of common service providers.
