This mobile application provides access of health records electronically to all the citizens visiting various Government designated railway hospitals across the country.Citizen/Patients can and downloads there prescriptions,lab reports and Queue No.slip for follow up visits in hospitals. Citizen can login into the App using unique identification number (which serve as a UMID -Unique medical identifier) which would be allocated by hospital during there first visit linked with there mobile number for OTP validations.
