He has handled various assignments during his professional career, which include Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Direct Taxes, Indirect Taxes, Bank Audits, Financial and Tax Planning/Structuring, Company Law matters and preparation of techno-economic feasibility reports. He also passed ISA examination of ICAI. He is a good orator and having exceptional academic intelligence. He is known for his polite nature with a perfectionist and systematic approach in his working.

He was Convenor of CA study Circle (Ring Road) Surat for more then 3 Years. He was also Member of Editorial Board of Tax Magazine. He is chief patron member of Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry and was also member of Direct Taxes Committee of Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is patron member of Agarwal Pragati Trust , Surat . He is associated with many social organisations. He is having great interest in reading and doing social work in education field for deprived students.

He presented many papers on subjects of taxation at various seminars and study circle meetings.
