1 point = 50 calories... simplify your diet by using an older, tried and true diet system.

Step 1 Put your information in the calculator
* Enter information into the 'Calculate Points' tab to determine your allowed daily points.

Step 2 Track what you eat daily and try to stay around the calculated points

Selection:
* Select from a list of pre-defined foods or simply add your own.
* Filter the list by typing in the search box.
* Toggle a selection by pressing the item in the list.

Adding a new item:
* Add a new food item on the 'Selection' screen by pressing the '+' icon.
(This function is also available on the 'Point Maintenance' tab)
* Simply enter a food name, the number of calories, and a description.

Daily Summary:
* Track your daily progress by choosing an item from your personal selection list.
After selection, your item will appear on this form.
* Select an item to adjust the quantity.
* Delete an item by swiping left on the row.
* Clear your daily list by pressing the 'X' icon.

Point Maintenance:
* Add, change, or delete items that will appear on your selection screen.
* Edit an item by selecting it from the list.
* Delete an item by selecting it and then pressing the 'trash' button.
