If you had a late night out last night, you’re probably going to be in recovery mode, but if you had a full nights rest you may be ready to hit the club! Ready to Party also includes a handy widget to monitor your party status on your home screen!

*Note: while an Apple Watch is not required, you will need an Apple Watch or other wearable that tracks your HRV and Resting HR and saves that data into Apple Health.
