Once verified, sign up for a subscription. Activate your app anytime you are available to show a home. If someone request an agent and your app is in "Realtor On" mode it will ring if you are the closest agent to the home. At that point you can accept or decline the showing. If you accept, it shows you the rout to take and how long it will take to get there. It also shows you who requested the showing and allows you to call them if something happens on the way and you can't make it.
Within minutes you are face to face with a new lead and you get to do a showing if the house is vacant. If it isn't vacant, use the opportunity to make a connection, set up an appointment or show other houses in the area.
