A: This app was created for existing Realiant.to customers that want to access their by-law and building permit data on the go.
Q: How does it work?
A: We constantly monitor your property portfolio for new actions from the City of Toronto. When there is an update or new action on your property, we send you a notification via email so you know sooner, compared to waiting for the notice in the mail. With the Alerts app, we now also send you a push notification to make sure nothing is missed!
