In a nutshell, this app rebrands itself based on the profile and real estate listing data of your favorite agent/broker.
For this purpose, your agent should provide you with his/her own specific link (or QR code). This link is unique for each agent/broker and loads the app based on the listings and profile of that specific agent. If your agent is a member of a MLS board, e.g. MyState MLS in New York, you can search all the listings of MyState MLS through your agent's app link, because your agent is authorized to represent that MLS data.

Due to legal regulations, unless you load the app with a real agent's profile, the app shows demo data only.
