The Retrofit App streamlines the full retrofitting process of converting tricycles to electric vehicles (EVs), with dedicated user roles to handle each stage of the workflow.

Manager Role:
Validates that riders scheduled for retrofitting are present and collects activation fees to queue them for service.

Inventory Admin:
Assigns a retrofit kit to technicians based on workstation allocation and availability.

Technician Role:
Performs the physical retrofitting process, guided by the assigned work order and inventory kit.

QA Officer:
Conducts compliance testing to ensure the retrofitted tricycle meets safety and performance standards before handover.
From scheduling to compliance, every action is recorded, tracked, and verified, ensuring a seamless, transparent, and accountable retrofit process.
