The Memories Page lets families create and store meaningful memories for the patient to revisit. Each memory includes an image, title, description, location, date, featured relatives, and an Audio Immersion. Memories can be added from photos or created live to capture audio on the spot. These memories don’t have to come directly from the patient’s past – they can be moments with loved ones that strengthen connections through recognition.

-Relatives
Add important people to the patient’s circle, with contact details and featured photos. Caregivers can let the patient call relatives directly from the app. These photos appear in Relative Recollection to help patients reconnect visually.

-Health Care
The Health Care Page helps track medications and monitor well-being in one secure place. Add medications, dosages, times, and storage notes to reduce confusion for multiple caregivers. Notifications remind you when it’s time for medication, and progress bars show daily completion. Dose records and notes are saved automatically for easy tracking.

-Mood Markers
Mood Markers help families understand how the patient is feeling each day. Caregivers can mark mood on a simple 1-10 scale, with trends displayed in an easy graph – helpful for teams working different shifts.

-Relative Profile Cards
A swipeable stack lets patients flip through added relatives. Tapping a card opens their profile with photos and contact info. Calls can be made directly if enabled.
