App Store Description

This is the release of the Recover Faster app software for individuals, teams, clubs, coaches and health practitioners.

IMPORTANT: This software requires the use of a heart rate monitor chest strap. Please refer to the tested and approved heart rate monitor chest straps at www.Sweetwaterhrv.com. Also refer to your email with specific instructions for testing.

We help athletes optimize their performance and Recover Faster. Using the latest technology along with athlete feedback to provide recommendations and tools to optimize training and recovery. We take physiological data such as heart rate and HRV data along with user feedback such as sleep and soreness to help assess an individuals readiness.

There are three Session types available from the monitor screen:

Morning Recovery Checkup - Measure your HRV at the same time each day in a 3 or 5 minute session to track your biometrics over time. Answer the qualitative questions in the pop up screens after your session is finished to view your daily recovery score. Recommendations are provided for the day based on the recovery score.

Anytime Checkup - You can run a session for any length of time to monitor your HRV, heart rate and power levels. You can create custom tags for these sessions such as relaxing, working, sleeping, meditating.

3 Minute Checkup - To be used with a Zoom watch monitoring device. This session type is equivalent to a Morning Recovery Checkup type session.

A mindfulness sessions under the Mindful tab can be run any time including while you are running a monitor session. These sessions instruct you on breathing and relaxation techniques as part of your daily recommendations.
