The main screen presents a job database where you can quickly add new positions, specify the number of employees you need and set search deadlines. Each vacancy includes a list of candidates tied to a specific position. This allows you to instantly see which candidates are being considered, track their status and make notes for further interaction.

Creating a new job is a quick and easy process: specify the job title, the number of employees the company needs, and add notes with important information. In a separate section you can attach candidates to specific positions, record comments on each of them and analyze the recruitment progress.

In the vacancies section you can view and manage candidates, edit their information, delete or move them between open positions. Once a suitable specialist is found and approved, the vacancy can be marked as closed.

In addition, the app has an archive of closed vacancies, which allows you to keep track of which positions have already been filled and revert to old candidates if necessary.
