The Regional West Connect app is your virtual connection to health care providers. Our virtual appointments allow you to consult with providers from any location, including the comfort of your home!
Virtual visits can be used for many health concerns including: ear infections, cold and flu-like symptoms, coughs, congestion, sore throats, pink eye, and rashes.

Care is provided with or without insurance and is available at reduced rates through many major health plans and large employers. You will always see your cost upfront and won’t receive a surprise bill after your visit.

Convenient and hassle free

Receive care from our expert providers and nurses right now! We take care of many common conditions and visits can take as little as five minutes. Just like an office visit, your provider will take your health history and symptoms, perform an exam, and may recommend treatment.

Participating in a virtual visit is easy. All you need to do is download the free Regional West Connect app. You also have the option to purchase a TytoCare kit to enhance your visit. The kit includes equipment so providers can do a basic medical exam through the camera on your smartphone. Using the equipment, they can listen to your heart and lungs, take your temperature, and check your ears and throat. Wifi Internet service (or your cell phone’s hot spot) is needed to fully utilize the equipment in the TytoCare kit.
