Subscription Information
For unlimited access to all physician-formulated symptom questionnaires, the medication
finder, and the medical image and file organizer, Reign Health offers both a monthly
yearly subscription plan to support your personal health management.

Payment will be debited from your [iTunes or Google] Account upon confirmation
purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you disable auto-renewal at
least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account will be charged for renewal
within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, with the renewal cost specified. Use
can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by accessing Account Settings after
making a purchase. If applicable, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited
upon purchasing a subscription to that publication.
