Relevant Remote

The ReleRemote app is designed to allow a HVAC technician to remotely control a HVAC system. The app and associated device are designed to allow the operator to control both heat pumps and conventional units. The ReleRemote device communicates via an internal cellular modem. This allows the technician to attach the ReleRemote device at the thermostat location and then operate the unit while outside at the condensing unit whether it's on the roof or on the ground.

The technician is able to call for cooling or heating. The indoor unit fan is turned on to avoid heat/cool damage.

In addition, there's a unique reversing valve pulsing feature that permits the technician to identify the attached condensing unit at multi-tenant sites. This alone can be a huge time & labor saving feature.
