At ReMeLife we believe that as well needing tech to support physical care (such as monitoring, remote connectivity, medication reminders, etc.) carers and families also need to have lots to do with the person cared for, activities that are of mutual interest. For activities enable different generations, cultures, personalities to better engage, and as we all know engaging with others brings a better quality of life and improved wellbeing.
Our RemindMecare app provides family, friends, nurses and other formal carers with simple and rewarding personal activities that entertain whilst also building a vault of meaningful personal information. Together you explore pictures, music and video, collecting favourites along the way. It’s fun to use and most importantly, it’s a safe place to store and share information that really matters to the person being cared for.
We built RemindMecare after witnessing young family members unable to make a connection with relatives. Since then, we’ve worked with people living with dementia, learning disabilities and senior care services to develop a rewarding means to build understanding between different generations, cultures and backgrounds, always keeping the person cared for and their loved ones in control of their personal information.
We call this data Electronic Life Records (ELR; life story, likes/dislikes, preferences, moods, routines, habits, and of course memories). RemindMecare keeps your ELR data secure and prevents the commercial exploitation that we all fear today, whilst also rendering it GDPR compliant for the care providers you consent to use your data in their care process.
And ELR is valuable. For not only is it vital in knowing those we care for, but it can be used for a multitude of other purposes. And, as you will learn, with your approval we can turn it into cash using the ReMe Rewards Based care token system.
Our software is used in care homes, day care centres and memory clinics and is being trialled in the NHS in the UK at Kingston Hospital to evaluate how knowledge of the individual can reduce medication and the length of stay in acute wards.
When the time comes to introduce new carers or move to a new care setting, RemindMecare's there to introduce the experiences, interests and background that are unique to the individual in their charge to the new carers. RemindMecare helps present the person and content they currently relate and respond to rather than a list of symptoms.
RemindMecare does a lot more. For example, you can even use a smart speaker like Amazon’s Alexa or Google Home to engage the individual when they are alone, using RemindMecare’s stored information to entertain and delight, as well as provide medication, hydration and scheduling alerts. You can keep engaged, be remotely part of the care process and assist manage their day. And RemindMecare is portable, so no more repetitive form filling for each different care provider.
ReMeLife will be adding more rewards regularly. So you’ll be rewarded in REME crypto tokens at no cost, just for doing what you’re doing already; caring for the one’s you love.

RemindMecare won’t solve all your needs, but it addresses the most important part; achieving engagement through knowing the person. Through activities comes knowledge, understanding, empathy and better care. RemindMecare is your best way to engage, record, safeguard and share what matters.
RemindMecare is free to the public, whilst formal care organisations that you invite to join your care circle pay a small fee.
