This is an app I made primarily for myself that allows one to cut up language learning audio on your iPhone/iPad into snippets that you can set a repeat count on to beat your brain into submission when trying to remember phrases or words.
You can choose to “drill” a specific snippet x number of times, or to drill a sequence of snippets x number of times each.
