Welcome to the REPLACE TRIAL App. Please download the app and enter your unique Patient Number in order to create your account and get started.

As part of the TRIO041 / REPLACE TRIAL, you can use this app to respond to periodic, mandatory questionnaires that will help to keep your care team informed about the ongoing status of your health and quality of life. You will also interact with important study information, and if applicable keep track of your treatment.

The REPLACE TRIAL App is developed by Treatment Technologies & Insights, Inc. (TTI) and is hosted and managed on a secure GDPR-compliant server. Once you agree to the terms for using this app, please enter your email address and a password that you choose, and at that point you will have met all requirements to establish your account.
