With the mission to improve social care received by elderly, vulnerable and self-isolating adults and children in the UK, ReportMyCare app was developed. This app will empower citizens needing care and their next-of-kin to report on the quality of care in real time.
Our market research found that most councils did not have access to a reliable and responsive tool to monitor social care contemporaneously. We also found that citizens in care could not feedback about the care received. For example as a daughter of somebody who needs social care, you may not know where complaints go, if they are logged at all and who would follow up with. ReportMyCare App addresses these problems by empowering the citizen by providing real time assessment of care.
We aim to work with councils and social care providers to help feedback on care in real time so they can monitor and improve quality of care rapidly.
