What is it about?
An app designed to support you during your Resilience training. Within this app are sections for key stage 3 students for teachers and a different section for year 10 students. Within the app there are skill reminders both in video and in prose form so you can choose which means you wish to view the skills reminders. We also have some listen to this sections so you can listen to the skils as you walk to school.
