For sale on the App Store at € 1.79, the new application of well-being sedentary will allow to get better and better next step, simple exercises, games and effective. The exercises are designed to be carried out in the workplace.

Developed by an osteopath, Expert Do-In and Hatha Yoga, these exercises will be a daily routine to feel better every day.

 The 3 pillars necessary for the well-being of respiration which stimulates blood circulation, self-massage that warms the muscles and posture which loosens and strengthens the body structure. The exercises by "Respi" combine playful, gentle and synergy of these three disciplines.

These exercises are presented in the form of videos narrated by a voiceover (translated into 10 languages), in which movements are explained and detailed to accompany, to guide the user in his daily work environment.
