It’s just a simple game of ping pong, right? Wait…there’s a cat in the way of the ball! You have a blaster! Where did these dodgeballs come from?! Voids are messing with the table’s gravitational field! In Retro Ping Pong’s Action mode, each round has a special rule that will totally change how the game is played. You can also enjoy the best version of the traditional game in classic mode, either by yourself or with a friend in local multiplayer. ———HOW TO PLAY RETRO PING PONG
▶ SELECT between a one or two player game
▶ CHOOSE between classic or action mode
▶ TEST your mettle across three difficulties: rookie, veteran, or ace
▶ TAP and drag on the right side of the screen to easily control your paddle
▶ SCORE 7 points to win!

———CLASSIC MODE
Combine the tight skill-based gameplay of the classic arcade game with a retro ping pong aesthetic. Go up against a friend or the computer in three fine-tuned difficulties, and see how long you can last as the ball gets faster and faster. You’ll need 7 points to win, and once you master the controls you can test yourself in the game’s unique action mode.

———ACTION MODE
Action mode is a brand new twist on classic ping pong, forcing you to quickly react to a changing environment and new custom rules each round. These rules can get seriously wacky and will change the gameplay completely. A few you might encounter include…

▶ Fireball - There’s a ring of fire in the center of the field. Every time the ball enters the ring, the ball gets hotter and hotter and moves faster and faster.
▶ Gravity Well - There are black holes on the court that mess with the gravitational field.
▶ Multiball - There’s more than one ball on the field. Make sure you don’t let either of them get past your paddle.
▶ Big Ball Little Paddles - The ball is huge, but the paddles are tiny.
▶ Don’t Hit the Kitty - There’s a cat on the court! If the ball gets past you or you hit the kitty you’ll lose the round.
▶ Blaster - You and your opponent both have blasters! Hit your opponent twice or get the ball past their paddle to score.

HOW TO WIN AT PING PONG - Watch carefully for the ball’s different patterns. For example, balls that head down one side of the court will end up bouncing upwards when they’re served back to the other side. Place your paddle where it needs to be instead of racing the clock to get it there at all!

PLAY FREE WITH A FRIEND - Two people can play Retro Ping Pong together on the same phone. Just control your paddle via either side of the phone to take each other on in an action-packed version of classic ping pong.
