How the Return Guru Service Works:

1. Before you begin on the app, you will need to follow the retailer’s return policy — including postage and packaging requirements. Return Guru does not provide packaging, labelling or postage.

2. Start by installing our app and creating an account.

3. Add the address you would like your package(s) to be picked up from to the app.

4. Add the packages you want to return within the app.

5. Write our package identification code onto your package. The app will provide the 10-digit code.

6. Summon Return Guru to pick up your package(s) right away or schedule a pickup for later.
