Reworking

Employers:
Employers can create an opportunity, containing multiple questions and individual time limits. The creator can record a personal welcome video to the candidates and assign a specific title. Once created, the opportunity generates a unique Reworking token that can be shared socially, or linked to a job advert.

Candidates:
A candidate can click the token link, download Reworking (if not already done so), register and upload their CV. Once signed-in, the candidate is directed straight to the specific welcome video and then interview questions. The questions pop up on screen as the candidate records themselves answering them.
