REZL brings apartment residents and prospects together for Resident-Powered Apartment Tours.

Instead of touring an apartment with a leasing agent, we connect prospects with a happy resident, potential new best friend and neighbor. Instead of a sales pitch, residents offer genuine insights on living in the community.

And when a lease is signed, residents can earn rewards.

APPLY
Sign up using the PROPERTY CODE sent to you by your community. There are a limited number of available spots per property so not every application will be approved.

ACCEPT
As prospects schedule a property tour, they appear in your AVAILABLE TOURS section. Click accept and the tour will be add to your SCHEDULED TOURS section. Tours are accepted on a first come, first served basis.

TOUR
On the day and time of the tour, meet and greet your prospect at the leasing office (or in front of it). Click BEGIN TOUR and proceed to show them around. Use your checklist to keep track of your tour, features to be mentioned, and instructions. Once all locations have been toured and marked as completed, end the tour.

MEET
REZL allows you to meet new people and make new friends. Be a welcoming ambassador of your community and create a warm touring experience. You might even meet your new best friend!

EARN
When a prospect signs a lease, residents can earn a reward. Properties establish their own reward policies and the amount per tour is listed prior to accepting the tour.

REPEAT
Continue to build your community and make new friends.
