RIA Retail is a gamified learning application for customer-facing frontline retail employees. The app guides retail employees through a gamified, engaging, social, and competitive learning experience with a lasting impact. This is not a form of e-learning, but an innovative approach to applying and internalizing knowledge based on various training methodologies and on the power of play.

With RIA Retail you:

- Go on a 4 to 6 weeks gamified training adventure about the customer journey
- Take 15 to 20 minutes per day to complete the steps in your training journey
