يهدف تطبيق رفق الى خدمة اكبر عدد من الحيوانات المنقذة وذلك من خلال تزويد الملاجئ والجمعيات التطوعية والافراد بمنصة يمكن من خلالها إنقاذ وتبني واحتضان الحيوانات وإيجاد المفقود منها.
كما يمكن التطبيق من يرغب في التطوع بالانضمام الى الجمعيات التطوعية المعنية بالرفق بالحيوان اضافة الى انه يتيح الفرصة للمجموعات والافراد بالمشاركة بقصص ملهمة لنجاحهم في انقاذ حيوانات مساء او متخلى عنها.
