The rikta test and personality profile is based on long-established and proven science. While we are all unique snowflakes, science tells us that everyone fits into one of 120 combinations of major personality traits. For each of these combinations, there are optimal roles, optimal ways of learning and retaining knowledge, optimal methods and tones of communication.
