Rise from Purgatory isn't your average side scroller. You'll encounter unique obstacles that require quick thinking and fast reflexes.

Guards will capture or kill you all along the way. You'll face crushing obstacles, impaling spikes and constant danger. If you navigate your way through without blowing up, burning to death or getting impaled, you may have a chance at rising up and escaping Purgatory. The simple and intuitive controls make navigating a straightforward process. You can run, duck, jump and shoot your way across the wide range of platforming levels.

If you're not careful, you risk losing your head, your leg, getting crushed, sliced by a giant axe or being shot by guards. Part of the game's unique appeal is its immersion into the pits of Purgatory. You will definitely feel like you are deep within the dungeons of a world you must fight to escape from.
