Rittal Scan & Service

The new Rittal Scan & Service App provides both QR and NFC scan functions through a single interface. Establish a connection between your smartphone and a climate control unit via NFC to be able to transfer device data and parameters. Or simply scan the QR code on a Rittal product to see all relevant product information at a glance.

Why Rittal Scan & Service?

• Fast parameterisation and commissioning: Via NFC, all device parameters can be transferred quickly and simply to a climate control unit.

• Save time with Fast Copy: Fast Copy is a function which allows you to simply copy all the settings for one climate control unit to any number of further units.

• Create and submit service requests: As an alternative to calling the Rittal service hotline, you can use the app to create and submit a service request either to the Rittal service department or to another contact of your choice – around the clock.

• Compile and send shopping lists for accessories and spare parts: Find appropriate accessories and spare parts for the scanned product and add them to a shopping list. This list can then be sent to your company purchasing department as a CSV file and imported into the Rittal Online Shop with just a few clicks.

• All product information at a glance: Call up all relevant product details, such as technical specifications, instructions or tutorials, and benefit from direct access to all relevant engineering data and approvals for the product.

• Manage scanned products: Track and manage your scanned products, or create your own product lists.
