Rock Lobby helps you discover the best shows in your area and provides a platform for sharing photos and live music reviews directly from your iPhone or iPod touch, before, during, or after a show. It is a community of fans, venues, and musicians who are passionate about live music. It’s a place where music lovers can discover, share, and support their favorite local bands, and where great musicians can get the acclaim they deserve.

Features:
•Rate and write reviews for live music
•Search through an extensive list of upcoming shows
•View a map with information and ratings for the best upcoming and current shows in your area updated in real time
•Read reviews by an informed community of music-loving people
•Follow your friends, fellow music fans, your favorite bands or venues to keep track of what you care about
•Find and follow specific shows, fans, artists, and venues.


Not quite there yet:
•Our listings are for select metro areas at the moment, but we’ll be expanding significantly within the month.
•The feed is a firehose at the moment, but that’s kind of chaotic and cool for an initial release. This will be tuned next update and make use of following and other data in a useful way.
•There are no genres and we’re not putting them in yet. It’s better this way. Go explore music.
