4 Simple Steps to Become a Rocker:

1. REGISTRATION: Complete the form, verify your email, and create a password.
2. INFORMATION SENDING: You will receive information about the service, hours, rooms, and payments.
3. ON-SITE TRAINING: Learn about the Rockers service, including operations and quality.
4. MATERIAL DELIVERY: You will receive your Rocker kit, which includes a t-shirt, hat, lanyard, ID card, and more.



How much money can I earn as a Picker or Shopper?
The income you receive depends on your motivation! It all depends on the number of orders you place daily and your attendance at the different locations where we operate.

How do I get started?
You must log in through the SII website, where you must select "Start Activities." You will find a link on the website.

What production cuts are considered in your payments?
Production cuts occur twice a month. The first five days of the month are the closing of the fortnight, where you can request advances to ensure you have liquidity. The final cut is usually made between the 18th and 20th of each month. Our coordinators and analysts will notify you of the specific dates for each period.

What are the schedules for my assignments?
The schedule you attend is your personal preference. You can come at the time that best suits you (AM, PM, or full schedule) and fits with your schedule. You just need to coordinate using a form based on your availability.

What are my duties as a Picker or Shopper?
Process orders in a timely manner, performing personal quality control and contacting end customers in case of stockouts or substitutions within orders.
