Rocket Return is a subscription-based service that helps you return your online orders while staying in the comfort of your own home. With our easy, contactless service we help you get a refund on those orders that are sitting in the back of your closet without the hassle of going to the post office. Rocket Return will bring you savings that are out of this world!

Overview
-Stop wasting money on not returning your online orders because you didn’t want to make the trip to the post office! Rocket Return has an easy to use interface that gives you options that fit around your schedule. When you start a new pickup you choose the day that works best for you and have the option to box up your return yourself or have us pack it up for you. In a few simple steps you will be able to get your money back.

-If you choose to box up your own return all you have to do is pick a day you want us to come and you're done! On the morning of the scheduled pickup date you can put your packaged return on your doorstep or in the provided reusable Rocket Return bag and our drivers will swing by and grab it, there is no need to meet them at the door.

-We also know how difficult it can be to package up a return or to find a printer to print out that pesky return label so there is an option for us to do that for you. You pick the day you want us to come, then choose if you want to provide the return label digitally, and have us print it out for you, or if you want to put the label inside the Rocket Return bag. The next step is to take pictures of the items you want to return so we know what items go with each return label and you're done! On the morning of your scheduled pick up date you just put the returnable items in the Rocket Return bag and leave it on your porch, we will package up the items and do the rest of the work for you.

-If you want us to print out a return label and/or package up your order for you, the items must fit inside the provided Rocket Return bag.

-If an item you want to return is oversized and cannot fit in the bag it needs to be packaged up with a return label on it. It cannot exceed 25 pounds.

-We are only available in Bay Area zip codes: 94563, 94556, 94516, 94549 and Arizona zip codes: 85260, 85258, 85250, 85251 (but will be expanding to more areas soon)

-We accept returns from any online U.S. retailer and will return items to UPS, USPS, or FedEx. -Rocket Return will provide you with a free reusable bag when you sign up to ensure the safe arrival of your items from your porch to the proper mail service. You can easily fold up and store the Rocket Return bag until the next time you want to return something.

-We give you the option to keep track of how much money you are saving by using Rocket Return.
