Rohtang Permits Monitor

As per guidelines issued by the Green Tribunal, the vehicular movement in the Rohtang Pass Area is restricted to prescribed limits for the Petrol and Diesel vehicles. Rohtang Permits initiative of District Administration Kullu enables the online issuance of Permits to visit Rohtang Pass.
Rohtang Permits Monitor enables the Administration to Monitor and Manage the vehicular movement so that only the holders of valid permits can visit Rohtang Pass.
The app has three roles namely; Barrier User, Magistrate and Administrator. The barrier user will check the permit by scanning QR code while the permit holder enters or leaves the restricted area. App also records the check-in and check-out time of the user. The magistrate role can carry out random inspection of vehicles found in the restricted area to check the validity of the permit and also to see if the Barrier user has marked the vehicle as checked in. The Administrator will have access to dashboard showing summary which can be further drill down to permit level.
All the users also get an option to search any vehicle by its number or mobile number or permit number. The user can also check if any vehicle is left inside the restricted area and has not checked out to help administration in locating any missing vehicle.
