Roogies

The Roogies App is a technological tool for behavior management. It was
developed to support Dentists and children during dental treatments.

The Roogies App was created taking in account cognitive-behavioral principles
and inspired in several cognitive - behavioral techniques used in Pediatric Dentistry
such as Systematic Desensitization, Modeling, Distraction, Guide Imagery and
Cognitive Restructuring.

The Roogies decrease children Dental Fear and Behavior Problems and it
increases children sense of acceptability and predictability towards the dental
treatment.
