You'll get to familiarize yourself with the official cycling courses. Whatever the training you choose, you'll always perform it on Mont-Tremblant or Lake Placid courses.

You'll get precise instructions of what to do. You'll have the choice to follow your power or %FTP, your heart rate or your perceived exertion on a scale of 1 to 10.

At all times, you'll see the countdown timer, your position in km/mi on the course, the elevation, the next two minutes of training in terms of FTP/FTHR/RPE, the slope of the road and the TSS points. When doing intervals, you will also have the interval clock.

REQUIREMENT

Since this app is streaming video from a server, an internet connection is required.

NOTE

If you use a smart trainer, power meter, heart rate, cadence or speed sensor, they need to be Bluetooth LE compatible to interface with the app. This app can also be used without Bluetooth sensors.
