RouteMyComps

"Route My Comps" provides optimized route. This app reads addresses that are stored as CSV files stored at cloud file sharing locations like Drop Box, Google Drive and One Drive. It then optimizes the route to reach all locations. The user can also add, modify, delete the addresses used in the routing.

US PAYMENT INFORMATION
Three Services offered:
RouteMyComps Basic service is a free app that finds Optimum route to visit multiple property locations. This has a limit of 10 locations for optimization and 30 optimizations in a calendar month.
RouteMyComps Premium service is a monthly, annual auto-renewing subscription service that finds optimum route to visit multiple property locations. The number locations allowed are increased to 22 and unlimited number optimizations are allowed. Using Premium service you can invite employees or others to participate in your group account. The group account can be managed using a separate Admin web site.
A 7 day free trial of RouteMyComps Premium is charged to your iTunes account at the confirmation of purchase and the subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within the 24-hours prior to the end of the current period for a renewal cost of $9.99 USD/month Monthly Subscription and $99.9 USD/year Annual Subscription respectively.
Your subscription can be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.
If you cancel after your subscription is activated, you won’t be refunded for the remaining active period of the subscription. After cancellation your RouteMyComps Premium service will revert to the RouteMyComps Basic free service.

We offer two types of auto-renewing subscription:
1. Monthly auto-renewing subscription. Price of subscription - $9.99 USD/month. The subscription will be automatically renewed every month.
2. Yearly auto-renewing subscription. Discounted subscription Price - $99.99 USD/year. The subscription will be automatically renewed every year.

RouteMyComps Premium Trial service is a free one month Premium service provided to all newly signed-up users. At the end of the one month trial period they can opto purchase a Premium subscription or continue to avail the free Basic service that has limited capabilities.
