Our NYC Rowgatta community is at your fingertips! Take our ground-breaking high-intensity, low-impact classes for the ultimate fitness experience wherever you are, whenever you want, with whatever equipment you have.

Hand-selecting the best aspects from their diverse training backgrounds, the Rowgatta team developed a concept to maximize strength and endurance gains with minimal impact on the joints that is accessible and effective for Athletes of all skill levels.

Our class offerings include everything from bodyweight (no equipment required) to weighted workouts that utilize whatever fitness props you have on hand. We carry plenty of content for those with at-home rowing machines, but they are not necessary to truly reap the results your Rowgatta On-Demand subscription will bring. With a wide array of areas of focus (think core, lower & upper body, or full body workouts), and ample time structures to squeeze into whatever amount of time you are working with, you'll always be able to find the perfect training session to fit your needs the moment you are ready to sweat.

To access all features and content you can subscribe to Rowgatta On-Demand on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.

* All payments will be paid through your iTunes Account and may be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current cycle. Any unused portion of your free trial will be forfeited upon payment. Cancellations are incurred by disabling auto-renewal.
