The user journey begins with a simple registration process, after which the application captures the user’s live location. This location data plays a critical role in determining which products and services are available nearby. Based on the location, the app displays a curated list of construction materials and services offered in the user’s area. The user can then select the required materials and proceed to raise a quotation request. This request is sent directly to the admin panel.

Once the admin receives the request, they review it and identify which vendors have the required products available in the specified region. The admin then forwards the request to a suitable vendor to obtain pricing details and availability confirmation. Once the pricing is confirmed, the admin sends the quotation back to the user for review. The user then has the option to either accept or reject the quotation.

If the user chooses to reject the quotation, the system prompts them to provide a reason for rejection. The admin receives this feedback and has the opportunity to review the concerns, revise the quotation if necessary, or suggest alternate solutions. This loop continues until the user is satisfied and the quotation is accepted.
