Rosedale Livery was founded in 1981 with six vehicles and a commitment to customer service. Today, Rosedale Livery is the largest operator of livery limousines in Canada, with a fleet of 70+ vehicles. We know that the customer experience begins with their first call to our Reservations Centre, continues with a professional chauffeur driving an immaculate vehicle and concludes with accurate and timely reporting.

Our dedicated app for our drivers is directly hooked into our Reservations and Dispatcher platform and it helps us sending them the order directly on their iPhones.
The app was built in such way so the driver is in real time communication with our office eliminating the need for unnecessary conversations that eventually creates misunderstandings that can very easily lead to hurting our customers.

We are also automatically letting the clients know when driver arrives by sending them an SMS and was built in such way that our clients can instantly reply and let us know if they will be late so the driver won't leave and they still have the car waiting for them.

The app is also automatically calculating the fare based on our custom airport and city zones and track the driver position so we can send our customers a very detailed electronic invoice.

The app uses a background mode. Please be advise that continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
