This service allows individuals with one or more chronic diseases to have a personalized "coaching" service with our team of specialized clinicians. Our platform allows the analysis of biometric data of individuals and see the improvement of personal conditions.

You can use our platform and our coaching service for:

-The entry of your personal biometric data;

-Personalized coaching with our clinical team;

-Teleconsultation between the clinician and yourself;

-Viewing your results and sharing of your personal biometric data,

- Secure communication through our secure messaging system,

-The exchange of documents between our clinical team and you.

It is possible to connect activity bracelets such as FitBit, Garmin, Google Fit or health devices such as A&D, Nonin and thus allows you to follow the evolution of your calories expended, hours of sleep, frequency and duration of physical activity, weight, blood pressure, etc.

Apple HealthKit is also available and integrated in the application so that the user can transmit their health and wellness measures such as the number of steps, the duration of sleep, the blood pressure to their clinical team. User authorization is required.
