App Store Description

You are beginner or amateur running. You have ambitions, you want to progress and break your records in 10 km, half marathon and marathon.
We have for YOU THE SOLUTION: Application: S RUNNING
This application does not propose predefined plans, but according to your current abilities, offers you programs to reach your goals and achieve your ambitions in 10 km, half marathon and marathon.
The basic principle of this application is to be able to condition the body to run at increasingly steady pace with a progression adapted to your level, a progression that allows you to sure to reach your goals.
How the application develops your training plan for running.
Developing a training plan starts with knowing your skills and current performance by entering your current basic running speed. That is the speed with which you can run at least 25 to 30 minutes with ease of breathing. Then; you define your goals. These objectives must be of course realistic and achievable in a definite time. In this point the application informs you if the goal is feasible yes or no.
The application subdivides these objectives into 5 steps is the roadmap. Each stage consists of 2 cycles and each cycle contains 10 training sessions. The content of each training session is developed according to scientific principles that improve your performance step by step.
here are the steps to follow to develop a training plan:
- Record your current performance,
- set your goals
- Plan the training session
- Record your heart rate after training.
Content of the training sessions:
Each training session corresponds to a type of training: Basic endurance, maximum speed or competition target pace.
For each type of training corresponds a speed and a training time to respect.
For training in a rolling carpet, adjust the speed according to the proposals of the application and while for the training outside you have to resort to a tracking application which gives you the speed and the distance traveled while waiting for a new version with Tracking.
You will find in the menu some factsheets on the basics to know before starting your running training program.

NB: The basic principle for moving from one phase to another
It should be noted that the basic principle for the transition from one stage to another is if and only if the body has assimilated well the different training pace. The key variable that determines the transition from one level to another is the heart rate.
In general; if the heart rate measured after a training session corresponds to the rhythm of the type of training carried out is that the body has well assimilated this level of training.
After the end of each step the application suggests you according to the heart rate recorded after each training session, either to go to the next step or to redo a catch-up cycle, or to go back to the previous step to allow the body to assimilate a less steady pace than the present stage.
